Mother Earth and Bear

This wampum pendant has rich cultural symbology, and features the Bear whose natural rhythms are closely tied to the seasons on Turtle Island. One of the artist's early Bear and Earth pendants was an honoring gift for President Obama. Strung on two ply naturally tanned deerskin.
